Analysis of processes and writing specification documents for development based on user requirements in HR systems including support until production

Requirements: Academic degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or military experience: Graduate of a technological unit in the IDF (Mamram, 8200)
Proven experience of at least 3 years in implementing SAP HCM
Experience with:
o Personal Administration (PA)
o Organizational Management (OM)
Implementing solutions through customization in accordance with system standards
Designing and maintaining interfaces for data transfer between different systems and networks.
Experience in creating interactive forms based on Process & Forms C41, and equivalent units.
