Caja-Fil Robotics is seeking a Documentation and Configuration Specialist to join our NPI - Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing drawing approvals, updating the ERP system, creating change requests, writing technical instructions, and supporting the transition of products from R D to high-volume production to meet rapid time-to-market demands. Our multi-disciplinary systems encompass mechanical parts, various electrical boards (both off-the-shelf and custom), cable harnesses, and other elements and accessories. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably from high-tech companies. Proven experience with multi-disciplinary systems and equipment. Solid understanding of production manufacturing processes. Proficiency in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills. In-depth knowledge of BOM structures and procedure preparation. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), SolidWorks, and ERP systems (Priority). Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to lead assignments independently, ensuring successful completion and thorough documentation. Willingness to travel weekly to subcontractor site at Haifa.
