The job entails providing face-to-face services to passengers from various airlines, including: changing flight ticket details, transferring passengers between flights in the event of a cancellation, selling tickets and collecting excess baggage weight fees.
Working with multiple programs in a computerized environment.

Willing to work in shifts, 4-6 times a week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Experienced in ticketing and flight ticket changes.
Experienced and familiar with Amadeus Travel Software.
Hebrew and English are essential; conversing, writing and reading emails.
Additional languages are an advantage.
Assertive, tolerant, service oriented and excellent interpersonal communicators.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Capable of performing dynamic work and multitasking under pressure.
Capable of working in a computerized environment.
