Apply data-driven optimization: run structured A/B tests, monitor trends and behaviors, and optimize KPIs across segments and regions to improve engagement and retention.
Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to replace or augment manual marketing ops workflows, including documentation and performance measurement.
Collaboration with global stakeholders (marketing, sales, data, and engineering) to translate business goals into scalable MarTech solutions.
Support marketing operations as needed, including ad hoc tasks and conference preparation.
