Were looking for a passionate and proactive Senior system architect to join our backend -focused R&D team and take a key role in shaping and building our scalable core systems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced architect or senior Developer who wants to step into a leadership role for the first time, while staying hands-on and deeply involved in the technical work. If youre a strong technical professional with an architecture mindset and the ambition to grow into leadership, wed love to meet you. Previous formal leadership experience is not required - were looking for the right potential, and well support you as you grow into the role. Youll be at the center of our most strategic tech and business initiatives, driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions. This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs. Our office is located in Kiryat Ono.

Responsibilities:

* Take a key technical role in a Full-Stack team working on our proprietary optimization platform
* Architect and build high-scale, data -centric web systems
* Be a hands-on technical leader: code when needed, mentor others, solve complex challenges, and help drive the team forward
* Collaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams
* Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability
