Summary / Role Purpose:

As a hands-on expert in our products, you will use advanced-level engineering knowledge to provide technical pre-sales support, perform professional services, and help translate customer requirements into exciting new product features. You will be working within multi-disciplinary teams to advance your knowledge, experience, and business impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with customers and take ownership of their problems, proactively engage with selected accounts to provide comprehensive FEA solutions. Contribute to all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle, interact with customers to understand their product design needs and engineering design workflows and articulate our value proposition.
Apply engineering expertise and knowledge of Structural FEA simulation techniques to provide exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring high-quality, timely customer service that results in improved customer satisfaction and productivity.
Provide introductory and/or intermediate training classes and contribute to the delivery of professional services for projects which may include collaborative work with other application engineers in the same or different disciplines.
Gather customer requirements to support the improvement of our software and collaborate with the company product development teams to translate these requirements into new product capabilities. Test new releases on industrial problems.
Participates in internal corporate initiatives to share knowledge and to create best practices, both within and outside the discipline.

Required Application Engineer - Semiconductors
Summary / Role Purpose:
The Application Engineer contributes to the support of software products and supporting systems. In this role, the Application Engineer will collaborate with a team of expert professionals to accomplish customer support objectives 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop competence in one or more products working independently
Customer support tasks be able to answer questions on tools functionality
Triage complaints about product defects and root cause for R&D
Write clear description of product enhancement requests

Imagry is looking for a Jr. Application Engineer with tons of motivation to join our office in Haifa, Israel. You will be responsible for the entire car and bus software / hardware testing pipeline, issues reporting, and team communication. This is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of the exciting autonomous driving industry, as the position involves features testing in the real world. Most of your workday will be spent in the autonomous car or bus and involves some physical work. This is not an office position!!! You will be required to travel and reside abroad periodically to support long-term projects. Responsibilities: 1. Manage software test cycle, including: running test scenarios, configuration management, and code debugging. 2. Report the main software / hardware car and bus issues to the appropriate engineer. This requires an understanding of the technology, the aptitude to pinpoint the source of a problem, and the ability to determine the person responsible for fixing it. 3. Overall car and bus physical maintenance, including verification that the cameras in the car and/or bus are clean. 4. Maintenance of all computers and hardware within the car and bus. 5. Job Role:
Installing and Implementing Medic Visions products: Remotely and on-site.
Providing remote customer support (email, phone)
Train users (Radiologist, MR techs), superusers and trainers on Medic Visions products

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled team member to assist customers with integrating DDR/HBM PHY and/or Controller Intellectual Property.


Responsibilities:
In the Applications Engineering team, your main role will be to assist customers with integrating advanced DDR Interfaces into their System On a Chip. These systems are next generation products utilizing DDR5/4, LPDDR5x/5/4x or HBM3 IP.
The job gives you a chance to work with IP and the newest industry specifications and applications.

The Application Engineer provides:

Provide technical support and guidance to customers during their System on Chip (SoC) workflow to address and overcome any technical difficulties.
performs integration reviews at key milestones.
accompany customer's silicon/system bring-up preparation and execution.

Key Qualifications:
BSEE or equivalent background required, MSEE preferred.
Requires 8 years of related design or customer experience.
Experience in one or more steps on IP design or integration flow of System On a Chip design: Simulation, verification, RTL synthesis, physical design, timing closure, and silicon bring-up/characterization tasks within a system environment.
