We are hiring for SAP Project manager with our client.

Location Tel Aviv, Israel.
Job type Long-term Contract.
* We are looking for a Senior level PM (at least 8 years of being a Project Manager), This is for a large-scale ERP upgrade to SAP E03 for 17 different systems, for a US Data Center. They will need experience with SAP migrations (at least 2-3 SAP upgrade projects).
* The PM will need to travel occasionally within Israel and other cities are close by.

PM Qualifications:
* Senior PM with at least 8-15 years of experience with financial and back-office systems (Waterfall and Agile).
* Experience working with the transition to S/4 Hana (SAP) - understanding SAPs SAP Activate Agile Methodology.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The candidate should be located in Israel and open to travel to other cities like Haifa, Afula and Yokneam.
* Ability to travel for vendor workshops.
* Working remotely from home most days but need to be willing to travel to UK and Germany when requested.
* Ability to speak fluent English and Hebrew.
* Ability to be transparent with issues as they arise, and be able to work with the team to present solution options to decision-makers.
* Story tell the facts so its easy for non-technical people to understand the technical problems, and help technical people ask the right question for business requirements.
* Be clear and concise on status reports. Do not be afraid of yellow and red as these colors are an indication that change or help is needed. Balance reality with the sky is falling.
* Partner with your team, Motivate your team all while keeping them on track with their work.
* Will work closely with Business Relationship Manager, Build Lead, and Project Architects.
* Ability to adjust if an approach is taken and its not working keep changing it until it does work (meeting cadence etc.).
* Ability to be hands on in the details and see the bigger picture of the full program.
* Detailed oriented.
* Ability to complete financial budget management in our Project portfolio tool Clarity PPM.
* Weekly Timesheet Maintenance for team (monitoring these are complete and accurate).
* Monthly reconciliation evaluating actuals for Capital and Expense items ensuring Actuals post to the correct accounts.
* Vendor management Ability to read MSA/SOWs and ensure that invoicing aligns with expectations in these documents especially if deliverable based.
* Work to resolve any billing disputes or issues that may arise.
* Ability to complete concise and accurate status reports.
* PM may need to take status information and create power point deck for Steering Committee meetings or executive conversations.
* Navigate all of the conversations around Risks, Issues and Decisions. Document all Risks, Issues and Decisions.
* Maintain a document library in Microsoft SharePoint or Teams.
* Keep a detailed project plan (MS Project) that lists all tasks, preferred provider and vendor tasks with associated due dates, name assignments and dependencies.
