Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, satisfaction, and long term partnership.
Coordinate and resolve customer requests and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Work closely with internal teams to provide efficient and seamless customer support.
Support sales development activities, including opportunity follow-up, quotations, forecasting, and customer growth initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in customer support, account management, or similar.
Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment is mandatory (packaging, dairy, or FMCG industry is a plus).
Knowlwedge of ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft office.
High level of organizational skills, attention to details and professional communication.
Fluent in english and hebrew.
