what you'll be doing:
lead horizontal teams to integrate networking products in a range of solutions - feature level, product level and system level.
solve complex problems overcoming technology limits and customer requirements.
work closely with engineering and architecture teams to set requirements and priorities.
create mrds to capture product/ system requirements.
engage with customers proactively and lead the e2e engagement from initial definition to deployment at scale.
Requirements: what we need to see:
b.sc./m.sc. or equivalent experience in electrical engineering
12+ years of product/program management experience in the semiconductor or networking industry, covering end-to-end systems in both hardware and software.
deep customer insights and business perspective on networking products, cloud providers and enterprises, platform integrators and network equipment vendors
experience working with enterprise and top 5 cloud service providers rolling out product releases and deployment.
strong analytical, product and project management skills
outstanding interpersonal skills, both inbound and outbound
