Were expanding a fast-growing practice that helps engineering teams boost velocity with GitHub Copilot and other AI developer tools. 
Weve served dozens of satisfied customers in Israel and abroad and are now hiring a hands-on thought leader to build and lead this arm: drive R&D productivity programs, own Copilot adoption, create content, and run training at scale.
Key Responsibilities
●     Own the R&D productivity agenda across clients: assessments, KPIs, rollout plans, and measurable impact.
●     Lead GitHub Copilot for R&D optimization end-to-end, plus evaluate/compare adjacent tools (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code extensions, agentic assistants).
●     Create training materials (labs, playbooks, demos) and deliver workshops; manage a trainer bench and mentor them.
●     Act as a public voice: publish posts, speak at events/webinars, and engage developer communities to attract customers.
●     Partner with Sales/Delivery on pre-sales to attract new customers.
●     Stay on the cutting edge of releases and best practices, turn learnings into repeatable packages.
Requirements:  ●     Proven experience driving Copilot/AI dev-tool adoption in engineering orgs (designing rollouts, measuring impact, changing habits)- Must.
●     Trainer who has built and delivered technical workshops; confident on stage and in live demos- Must.
●     Opinionated practitioner who can compare GH Copilot vs. other tools and explain trade-offs clearly.
●     Ability to write and speak fluently in English.
●     Entrepreneurial mindset: you can build a practice, create content, and help generate demand.
●     Solid coding background (doesnt need to be senior-level), enough to craft examples, review code, and guide teams.
 Advantage:
Experience with SDLC optimization and productivity metrics.
Track record of building developer communities or internal champion programs.
