we are looking for an HRIS Domain Lead to own and orchestrate the integrations and testing workstreams for our new HCM system implementation. In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, third-party vendors, and implementation partners, translate HR and business needs into functional specifications, and ensure all integrations and testing cycles are delivered with high quality.
The ideal candidate brings end-to-end experience in HR system implementations, deep understanding of complex HR interfaces, and proven leadership across technical and functional teams.

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience implementing HR systems, with direct ownership of integrations and testing workstreams
Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data structures, and complex system interfaces
Experience writing functional specifications and working closely with technical teams in IT and SI partners
Hands-on experience planning and leading testing cycles for large-scale system implementations
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments and drive clarity and execution
Fluent English, spoken and written
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Familiarity with leading HCM systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors
Experience leading HRIS programs in global, multi-region organizations
Familiarity with payroll, time and attendance, and finance system integrations
Experience working with System Integrators on large-scale ERP or HRIS programs
