This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated Talent Sourcer on the team and take our sourcing to the next level. In this role, you will have the chance to shape how we bring in the best people. Youll design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and our growing recruitment team to deeply understand needs, deliver impactful results, and play a key role in defining the future of sourcing at our company.
What youll do:
Develop and execute creative and proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-notch candidates, utilizing diverse channels including social media, niche communities, events, campaigns, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and a network of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific talent needs, provide market insights, and meet business goals.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, talent landscapes, and emerging talent pools.
Utilize data and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, make data-informed decisions, and continuously improve the sourcing process.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Specialist
Proven experience with sourcing technologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, sourcing extensions).
Experience using data to track and analyze sourcing efforts, and to inform and influence sourcing strategy.
Experience in sourcing for global positions (Advantage for EMEA &APAC).
A natural curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest sourcing trends and best practices.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a talent for creative problem-solving in sourcing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
