As a Product Design Lead, youll take a holistic view, connecting product vision, user needs, and business goals while driving and initiating cross-company projects that shape the future of our product experience. Youll own the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining problems, through research, ideation, and vision-setting, to validation and high-quality delivery. Youll actively seek out ways to improve our products, processes, and team capabilities, ensuring we deliver solutions that are consistent, impactful, and loved by our users.

About the Role
Initiate and lead high-impact, cross-company design projects that align with our strategic goals.
Identify and propose new opportunities that improve our products, processes, and user experience.
Partner with senior stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and AI to define vision and priorities.
Drive end-to-end product design from problem definition and research to ideation, prototyping, delivery, and iteration.
Improve and evolve our product design processes to enable faster, higher-quality work.
Ensure design consistency and excellence across products through the design system and shared standards.
Measure the success of design solutions and iterate based on data and feedback.
Foster a culture of initiative, experimentation, and continuous learning.

What you'll be doing
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of game designers, UI artists, and level designers.
Own the creative vision and gameplay experience across all game projects.
Translate high-level business goals into innovative, data-driven game design strategies.
Guide the development of game mechanics, systems, level progression, economy, and player engagement loops.
Ensure design consistency, high quality, and player-centric thinking throughout development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, art, product, and monetization teams.
Stay ahead of market trends, genres, and competitor analysis to drive innovation.
