At Allies we are reinventing successful aging by working with many of the largest insurance carriers and their policyholders to introduce game changing wellness and financial products.
In this role you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that drive our product forward based on dashboard and analysis. You will help identify opportunities to improve our services and play a major role in providing the data to make healthy aging decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate and maintain reports and dashboards
Design and launch data warehouse model using BI best practices
Create optimized ETL processes to transfer data into DWH
Translate business needs to technical requirements
Work tightly with different stakeholders to fulfill their requirements and allow them to easily access and utilize it
Execute complex queries and analyses upon request for data
Ensure the data quality and structure
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working in a BI developer/ BI Analyst position
Experience collaborating with business users to gather reporting and analytics requirements
Experience customizing report layouts and visuals to effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators (KPIs)
High proficiency in SQL
Familiar with QuickSight, Looker, Tableau or equivalent
Solid understanding of DWH concepts, data modeling and ETL processes
Ability to optimize and tune queries for maximum performance
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g GCP, AWS, Azure)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or Scala-Advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
