Required Full Stack Developer Technical Lead
The position
Join our dynamic Process & Tools team, part of the Software Engineering group within the Algo department. Our mission is to enhance productivity and streamline the development lifecycle for our Algo teams. We achieve this by managing efficient development processes, creating tools that optimize our CI/CD pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Full Stack Developer Technical Lead with a strong focus on frontend, youll play a critical role in crafting user-friendly, highly performant web applications that serve our algorithmic and software development teams. Your work will have a broad impact on the productivity of hundreds of developers, helping them seamlessly navigate complex software environments.
What will your job look like?
Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces and frontend systems that support algorithm development teams.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend elements with server-side logic.
Implement solutions for optimizing development workflows, focusing on usability, speed, and scale.
Work closely with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to streamline deployment.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in frontend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, and Frontend frameworks.
2+ years of experience in backend development, Python- must.
Hands-on experience with Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus).
Proficiency with Linux/Unix shell environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern development practices.
Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS and Azure).
Management experience and significant leadership ability.
