We are looking for a Backend Team Lead .
As a Team Lead in the Services team, youll be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
In your day-to-day, youll:
Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements
Supervise the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions
Ensure that code quality, performance, and security standards are met, while identify and addressing any technical challenges and bottlenecks
Continuously improve development processes and your teams performance
Requirements: 2+ years of experience leading R&D teams, and 5+ years of experience working in backend development
Expertise in Java, Scala, or similar languages
Experience with high-scale, distributed systems and microservice architecture
Knowledgeable in identity and access management, authentication, and authorization protocols
A track record of driving projects to successful completion
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Hebrew
