Responsibilities:
Employee Experience:
Develop and execute an annual events plan, overseeing employee-focused activities and budget management.
Collaborate across departments to assess needs and enhance the work experience.
Design and manage onboarding programs for smooth new hire integration.
Support employee development and career growth opportunities.
Facilitate open communication channels and address employee concerns.
Regularly measure and improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Employer Branding:
Develop and implement employer branding strategies, promoting LSports as an employer of choice.
Enhance presence through engaging content and social media management.
Collaborate on recruitment marketing and create compelling job descriptions.
Monitor and analyze employer brand perception, adjusting strategies as needed.
Organize and coordinate employer branding events to boost visibility.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in employee experience management, including budget management.
Proven success in employer branding and campaign development.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with HRIS platforms (Hibob advantage).
Passion for creating positive employee experiences and building a strong brand.
Attention to detail and leadership skills to inspire and collaborate effectively.
Analytical abilities to measure and improve program effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative mindset.
Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field advantage.
