we are looking for a Senior Developer (Node. js).
You will join a high-impact AI engineering team within R&D, owning problems end-to-end from understanding the business need, through architecture and implementation, to production monitoring. This is a new way of working : you'll work directly with business stakeholders, ship AI-driven capabilities at speed, and help define the methodology as we build it.
As a member of the AI Foundations organization, you will lead best practices, champion early adoption of new technologies, and influence the direction of our R&D guild - building and shipping cutting-edge agentic applications that deliver seamless experiences to our users.
What you'll do:
Own the full development loop understand the business problem, define the solution, architect it, build it, ship it, and monitor it in production
Use AI as your primary development tool, achieving in a day what used to take a team a week
Collaborate with your team and business stakeholders to define decision logic, risk thresholds, and success metrics
Design and build evaluation frameworks as part of every solution you don't ship what you can't measure
Own production readiness monitoring, alerting, and observability go in on day one
Contribute to shaping team practices, tooling, and engineering standards across the pod
Decompose business problems into agentic workflows, orchestrated flows, and reusable capabilities.

we are looking for a Team Lead R&D, Modernization, AI.
What youll do:
The Modernization Team mandate is to identify and solve the deepest, most systemic architectural challenges in the platform - problems that are too strategic and cross-cutting for any single product team to own, yet too impactful to leave unresolved.
It is not a feature team. You do not own a single service or product surface. Instead, the team operates as a platform-level force multiplier: it takes on the hardest problems, build shared solutions and tooling, and enable every product team at Payoneer to move faster and more safely. You will lead the full cycle from the discovery, design, building, and validating solutions, unblocking critical initiatives, and setting technical direction that other teams can confidently adopt.
This is a brand-new team being built from the ground up. You will have an outsized opportunity to shape how we work, what we prioritize, and the engineering culture we create together.

We are looking for an experienced MCP (Model Context Protocol) Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Model Context Protocol implementations. You'll work on building robust MCP servers, client integrations, and tools that allow AI systems to securely access and interact with various data sources and services.

What You'll Do:
MCP Development & Implementation

Design and develop MCP servers for various data sources (databases, APIs, file systems, cloud services)
Build and maintain MCP client integrations for AI applications and platforms
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for MCP connections
Develop custom MCP tools and resources to extend AI capabilities
Architecture & Design

Architect scalable MCP solutions that handle high-volume data access patterns
Design efficient protocol implementations that minimize latency and maximize throughput
Create reusable MCP components and libraries for internal and external use
Establish best practices for MCP server development and deployment
Integration & Collaboration

Integrate to our identity platform
Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor MCP services in production environments
Partner with security teams to ensure MCP implementations meet compliance and security requirements
Integrate MCP solutions with existing infrastructure and third-party services
Quality & Performance

Write comprehensive tests for MCP implementations including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
Monitor and optimize MCP server performance and resource utilization
Debug complex issues in distributed MCP environments
Maintain detailed documentation for MCP servers and integration patterns
Contribute to Open Source

Engage with the open-source community, contributing to the development and improvement of MCP
