The Product Business Intelligence team is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and highly motivated senior Product Analyst to join our data team that is responsible for the IronSource network. Our team's mission is growing the network through data driven insights and decision making. In team we partner with leadership, product managers, engineers, revenue teams, and other stakeholders, to uncover opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and provide recommendations that drive business outcomes and address IronSource's data and analytical needs.
What you'll be doing
Partner with leadership and Product to develop long term strategy and leverage data-driven insights to provide recommendations, breaking down strategic opportunities into actionable, clear roadmaps.
Define, instrument, and monitor key product and network KPIs to track progress, evaluate product performance, and assess overall health.
Identify and promote opportunities for impact across different product areas while analyze large datasets from multiple products to deliver insights that will guide product development.
Identify, evaluate, and support the execution of key business opportunities with data-backed insights, ensuring measurable outcomes
Own, maintain, and develop the reporting data pipeline for specific products and custom dashboards.
Work with various relational and non-relational databases, including Presto, BigQuery, Redshift, MySQL, and more.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Data/Product Analyst.
Excellent SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
Passionate about data with outstanding analytical & technical skills and proven ability to analyze and transform data into actionable insights.
Ability to independently plan and execute on data analyses and development projects.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with different collaborators across teams, as well as a self-starter who can operate and drive work to completion independently.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
You might also have:
Experience from Product teams (Big Data, ML, etc.)
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Python (or similar languages) for data manipulation & analysis.

Data-driven decision-maker. Comfortable querying large datasets, debating model metrics, and turning insights into product bets.
Influential communicator. You rally stakeholders across continents and function around a crisp storyand say no gracefully.
Technical fluency. You dont code daily, but you can white-board APIs, ML pipelines, and policy engines.
BSc/BEng in CS, EE, IE, or equivalent. MBA or HCI is a plus.
