We are seeking a sharp, data-driven Product Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep curiosity for technology, customer behaviour, and market dynamics. In this role, you will transform business and product data into actionable insights that inform product decisions, shape roadmaps, and enable us to better understand and improve our market penetration.
As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers as well as Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and (to a lesser extent) Architecture teams. You will analyze product adoption, sales performance, and customer segments to support strategic decisions across Quantum Machines software and control platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Business Insights: Analyze product usage, version adoption, and customer behavior to generate insights that inform product strategy, prioritization, and positioning
Sales & Market Analysis: Work with Sales and Marketing to analyze sales pipelines, opportunities, closed deals, and churn; evaluate market penetration across segments, regions, and verticals.
Metrics, Dashboards & Reporting: Define and maintain key KPIs for product performance and go-to-market success (e.g., version adoption, account activity, deal types, and usage trends). Build and maintain dashboards and reports that are used regularly by Product and Sales leadership.
Financial & Unit Economics Analysis: Partner with Finance (FP&A) to develop visibility into product-level P&L, unit economics, and ROI. Analyze revenue, cost drivers, margins, and investment returns to support pricing, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market decisions.
Decision Support for Product Managers: Partner with Product Managers to answer key business questions, validate hypotheses, and translate data into clear recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Architecture to ensure shared understanding of customer needs, product adoption, and commercial performance.
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field such as Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a similar discipline.
More than 5 years of experience in product, business, or sales analytics in a technology or B2B environment.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; ability to structure problems, work with complex data, and derive clear, actionable conclusions.
Hands-on experience working with Jira (or similar product/project tools) and Salesforce (or similar CRM), including building and using reports and dashboards.
High level of comfort working with technical products; interest in quantum computing or deep-tech domains is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and take ownership of your areas of responsibility.
This position is open to all candidates.
