Leading the developing of a new trading system tailored for the Israeli and USA markets. Overseeing software development practice and coding standards within the team. Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Masters degree preferred. 4+ years experience as frontend Developer Angular - Must. 2+ years experience as a team leader - Must. Experience in AngularJS. Experience as backend Developer C #, NetCore - advantage. Experience with Databases, SQL, MongoDB - advantage. Experience with Docker, and Kubernetes - advantage. Were looking for a Frontend Infrastructure Tech Lead to join our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will architect, build, and lead the core frontend platforms, design systems, and developer experience tooling that power all product squads.
Youll own the technical vision for the frontend architecture and enable teams to ship faster, more reliably, and with a consistent, high-quality user experience. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on frameworks, shared libraries, UI platforms, testing standards, and scalable frontend infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Define and enforce standards for performance, reliability, testing quality, and UI/UX consistency.
Own the design system, component library, and reusable UI frameworks that unify UX across products.
Build and maintain core developer experience tooling: build systems, component testing frameworks, Storybook infrastructure, and shared CI/CD workflows.
