Job responsibilities
Own Product Enablement initiatives for Payroll and Bob Finance across CS, Sales, and CX teams.
Build and maintain scalable enablement programs, training materials, and knowledge resources.
Translate complex payroll and finance product capabilities into clear customer-facing value and messaging.
Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap, upcoming releases, and market requirements.
Lead product release enablement processes and improve operational workflows and templates.
Create and maintain structured sources of truth across LMS, CMS, Ask.AI, and related tools.
Ensure enablement content is accurate, accessible, current, and optimized for AI-powered workflows.
Eliminate outdated or conflicting information across documentation and internal systems.
Design role-specific enablement content and AI prompts that support consistent product messaging.
Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and CX teams to ensure alignment.
Measure enablement effectiveness through adoption metrics, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.

Were looking for a Product Manager to lead Orcas Attack Surface Management (ASM) product offerings - covering asset exposure, attack path analysis, and a dedicated API Security portfolio (API discovery, posture, and risk prevention/detection).
This is a high-impact role spanning cloud security, network exposure, identity and access, and application/API security. Youll define the strategy for how Orca discovers internet-exposed and cloud-connected assets, prioritizes critical exposures, and maps attack paths to crown-jewel assets - so teams can focus on whats actually exploitable and cut noise.
Youll collaborate with engineering, design, research/analyst teams, sales engineering, and customer success to turn complex, noisy security signals into simple, actionable, and measurable outcomes for enterprise security teams.

In this role, you will be the bridge between internal technical teams and external data partners, ensuring seamless data onboarding into our data network.Youll be responsible for driving high-quality health data as part of our Product team, working closely with Engineering, QA, Data Operations, and the Data Partnership teams. You will have two key areas of focus:
Data onboarding - Designing and owning health data onboarding, focused on establishing a streamlined and effective process that brings data on with quality and speed. Youll understand the details of data feeds we onboard, own the analytics for how new data affects our data network and identify product improvements to better assimilate new data.
Data quality of our onboarded data - Define and oversee key quality metrics, monitoring and dashboards. You will act as a key technical point of contact, working directly with Data Partners to resolve discrepancies, align on data specifications, and drive continuous improvements to the quality and reliability of our data network.
You will be making an impact on business growth by owning the new data onboarding solution and product features. This will include being hands-on with the data, designing features, writing detailed mapping specifications, and building the roadmap of improvements to continue to enrich our data and drive product excellence.

What You'll Do:
Participate in health partner data onboarding. Work closely with the Data Partner to understand their data and discuss the technical aspects related to it
Own and design data onboarding features start to finish including user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, feature and mapping specifications, quality control checks, and data dictionaries
Manage the overall initial data onboarding plan: release and sprint planning, manage the prioritization, communicate with Data Partners and mitigate technical risks
Manage and improve ongoing processes of tracking data quality from all suppliers. Communicate to stakeholders detected issues and drive its resolution
Collaborate closely with Health Data Partnerships, Engineering, QA, Data Operations and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality
Build expertise on the inbound data, per data type (prescription, medical claims etc.)
Establish quality metrics, monitoring and dashboards, and design roadmap and plan to drive continuous improvement of our data product
Lead and execute ongoing data quality monitoring, managing stakeholder communications and collaborating with Data Partners to drive issue resolution
Own the investigation and resolution of data observations and data questions

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Platform Foundations / Admin & Governance domain- the control plane that enables enterprise adoption, governance, and scalable growth. In this role, youll own the strategy and execution of core administrative and governance capabilities that allow customers to confidently manage Torq across teams, environments, and tenants.
What Youll Be Doing:
Own the platform control plane domain: organization/workspace management, permissions, admin experiences, and governance workflows.
Define and drive the roadmap in alignment with enterprise needs and company growth goals.
Build the foundations that support scalable packaging, entitlements, and expansion.
Enable multi-tenant and partner use cases (including MSSPs) in collaboration with security domain teams.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Use data and customer feedback to reduce admin friction, improve setup and governance adoption, and support enterprise expansion.
