Modellama is hiring a Support partner to join our dynamic support team! If you have a customer-first mindset, strong technical skills (SQL required), and a passion for sports, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
- Provide top-tier support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot issues with our tech teams
- Become an expert in our products
- Maintain FAQs and support docs
- Gather customer feedback for improvements
Requirements: - Support experience ( helpdesk, customer service)
- Tech skills (SQL required)
- Strong English (Russian is a plus)
- Multitasking problem-solving abilities
- Availability for shifts (Saturdays preferred)
- Passion for soccer is a big plus!
- Willing to work in flexible shifts
