4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global tech company, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
Proven ability to design and implement recruitment processes from scratch, including local and international hiring.
Extensive experience hiring diverse talent across disciplines, with a focus on R&D and GTM roles.
In-depth understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in regions like Israel, Europe, and the US
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation.
Strong analytical skills, leveraging data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
A track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers at all levels.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- this is a must.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can mentor a high-performing team while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all talent-related matters.
Responsibilities:
Global Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a distributed team of talent acquisition professionals across different geographies. Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped to meet and exceed global hiring goals.

Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a geographically dispersed team.
Proven success in developing and executing global recruitment strategies within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with AI implementation and automation in recruitment processes.
Expertise in a wide range of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and modern assessment methods.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Coordination and organization of employee welfare activities such as Happy Hour, Holiday Toast, etc
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintenance.
Manage and optimize workplace budgets and processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals
Handle employees' travel arrangements
Support executive leadership
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience in global high-tech recruitment.
At least 2+ years of experience in office management, employee experience, or workplace operations, preferably in a tech environment.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for technical roles.
Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market trends
Proficient sourcing skills
Strong operational and organizational skills- able to multitask, prioritize, and execute with precision
Support budgeting and track expenses related to office operations.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Professional-level English and proficient Hebrew (both oral and written).
