Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a key leader within the People team, which is at the core of building a world-class organization. We partner closely with leaders across the business to attract, hire, and retain top talent globally. You will be at the center of some of our most critical hiring, ensuring we continue to win the "war for talent" in highly competitive markets.
What Youll Do:
Drive strategic recruiting activity in Israel, Europe and APAC, serving as a primary interface for Leadership.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting professionals, building the team's sourcing capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.
Remain hands-on by directly managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our most senior and critical leadership roles within the region.
Architect and refine rigorous interview flows designed to surface the very best critical talent while ensuring our process is both high-signal and high-speed.
Provide continuous market insights on the Israeli talent landscape, compensation trends, and hiring best practices to keep ahead of the curve.
Oversee the local implementation and sophisticated use of our evolving tech stack to drive efficiency and a modern candidate experience.
Act as a critical part of the global TA leadership team, ensuring the regional strategy aligns with our global hiring mission and standards.
Requirements: 10+ years of total recruiting experience with a mandatory background in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
At least 2+ years of experience managing a team, with a proven track record of coaching recruiters and sourcers to reach their full potential.
Native-level English is essential for success in this role, as you will be collaborating daily with global leadership and international stakeholders.
Deep experience partnering with Engineering and Product organizations and a nuanced understanding of how to hire top-tier technical talent in Israel.
A strong background in building out sourcing capabilities and helping a team move beyond LinkedIn to find specialized talent.
Expert-level knowledge of Greenhouse or Ashby, and a forward-thinking approach to using AI scheduling and AI interviewing tools to streamline operations.
The ability to translate business needs into a clear talent strategy while maintaining a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to senior hiring.
Ability and willingness to work from our Tel Aviv office 3 days a week to foster collaboration with the local team and leadership.
