We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HRBP to support our global R&D organization in a temporary role (approx. 1 year, maternity cover). If you're passionate about employee experience, culture, and impact, this role is for you!
What Youll Be Doing:
Partnering with R&D leaders and managers globally to align HR strategies with business goals.
Enhancing the employee experience by leading onboarding, career development, and engagement initiatives.
Driving change management, guiding teams through transitions, and fostering a positive work culture.
Managing HR operations, including HR systems (BambooHR), onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Utilizing people analytics to generate insights and improve HR initiatives.
Collaborating with the global HR team to implement regional HR strategies and projects.
Supporting talent acquisition by working closely with recruiters on hiring processes.
Requirements: 3+ years of Global HR experience, with at least 1 year as an HRBP in a startup environment (mandatory).
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and problem-solving skills.
A people-first attitude, with a passion for career development and employee engagement.
Strong relationship-building skills with employees, managers, and leadership.
Experience in HR analytics, with the ability to translate data into action.
High-level English skills, both written and spoken.
This is a temporary position for approximately one year (maternity cover).
