As a Product Analyst on the company Product Group in our Tel Aviv office, youll play a vital role in driving product growth through data-driven insights, experimentation, and optimization.Youll work at the intersection of data, product, and engineering to identify opportunities, improve user experiences, and drive measurable business impact. Youll own optimization initiatives end-to-end - from analyzing data and generating ideas to running experiments and measuring results.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in an analytical, product, or project-focused role (e.g., Product Analyst, Product Manager, Tech Project Manager, or Growth Analyst).
Hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to analyze data to uncover insights and opportunities.
Experience using data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support product decisions.
Experience leading projects or initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly learn new domains, tools, and technologies while taking ownership of complex challenges.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and product optimization methodologies.

Analyze user engagement, product performance, and business metrics to identify product optimization opportunities.
Develop data-driven ideas and strategies to improve revenue, monetization, and user engagement KPIs.
Lead product optimization initiatives from ideation through execution, partnering with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams.
