About the Role
our companys Digital Farming group is developing the next generation of mobile apps that help growers manage irrigation, devices, and data across the globe.
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who enjoys building high‑quality mobile products and taking ownership of features end to end, including the backend services that power them.

What Youll Do
Build and maintain customer‑facing Flutter applications used worldwide
Lead mobile architecture, code quality, and best practices
Work on end-to-end solutions across mobile + backend/BFF services
Develop backend components using .NET (for mobile-related services)
Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, QA, and IoT device teams
Improve development workflows, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to join our R&D team in developing our next-generation B2C application in terms of technology and UI/UX.
As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will learn the ins and outs of the technology and are expected to constantly improve our working practices and code base.

As a Product Manager - Platform, youll own the technical foundations behind the core app experiences that drive Vibers global usage. Messaging, communication, and everyday interactions for millions of users around the world. This role sits at the intersection of deep technology and business strategy, requiring you to influence the architecture of massive-scale distributed systems while simultaneously articulating their value to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Vibers platforms across mobile and desktop clients, in close collaboration with the R&D team.
Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Business leadership, to define and deliver a product vision that balances user needs, business growth, and technical opportunities.
Own the measurement and improvement of technical performance and usability across platforms.
Scale usage, retention, user satisfaction, and monetization through scaling experiences across platforms.
Define, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for your products. Use this data to make difficult trade-off decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description & Requirements:
3 years of development experience in Web or Mobile.
One or more years of experience in React Native in cross platform mobile environment.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
Deep understanding of UI and UX aspects ,Ability to translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements.
Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms and UI optimization.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
