Required AI Analyst (Parental leave)
Job Description
Were in the era of AI breakthroughs, and our Data Science team is at the forefront of innovation. As an AI Analyst, youll manage data processes, evaluate model performance, and help shape the future of AI-driven solutions.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Manage all data processes for AI models, from data definition and creation to model output evaluation
Work with large amounts of data across various domains, analyze it, and find ways to leverage insights for model improvements
Optimize generative AI models for our product needs by prompt engineering and adapting evaluation methods for this evolving field
Define business/product use cases with data scientists and relevant stakeholders (PM, management, etc.) to determine the most suitable solutions
Evaluate model training data and results, conduct in-depth analysis, and build reports to monitor model performance in production
Optimize data collection and manual labeling processes, managing projects with both in-house labeling teams and external partners.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in data analytics
Experienced with SQL, Excel, and BI tools
Bonus points for familiarity with Python and the basics of building AI models
Experienced in applying data and analytics to solve real-world problems and create new solutions
Organized, self-motivated, and curious about the AI world
Project management skills, product business understanding, and the ability to lead processes from beginning to end
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver clear results and analysis
Independent, dedicated, and responsible, youre a problem solver who can think outside the box
A team player who also knows how to work independently.
