Your Impact & Responsibilities
Were looking for a creative, results-oriented designer with UI experience, deep user journey knowledge, and a passion for user acquisition to join our team. You will:
* Design intuitive and engaging landing pages and banners for our online assets, optimizing for both functionality and user acquisition.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive end-to-end user experiences across platforms.
* Take a part in design projects from research, ideation, wireframes, and visual design through to delivery and QA, creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and conversion
* Team collaboration: work with other team members (mainly from the marketing team) and peers to improve outcomes and internal processes
* Work closely with product managers, marketing managers, and developers to continuously improve and evolve our UI / UX standards.

What You'll Do:
Work collaboratively with product managers from concept to completion
Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects.
Present product design ideas and prototypes to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Work closely with the Dev team from Ideation to production and provide implementation specs.
Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Contribute to and maintain the companys design system.
Identify new product improvement opportunities.
