About the Role:
This is a broad, hands-on design role.
Youll work directly with the founders and take ownership of how we look and feel across product, marketing, sales, and client-facing work.
Today, much of this is handled by the product and engineering team. Were looking for someone who can bring consistency, quality, and a clear design language across everything we build.
Theres no established design system or heavy process yet, so youll have a lot of influence over how the design function develops.
Responsibilities:
Product - Design our platform and client-facing dashboards, from user flows through final UI.
Client deliverables - Create email templates and campaign creatives for enterprise brands, including production-ready HTML where needed.
Brand & commercial - Design pitch decks, one-pagers, presentations, and other sales and marketing materials.
Website - Own the design and implementation of our website using Framer, Webflow, or code.
Design system - Build and maintain a consistent visual language across product and brand.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team. This is an end-to-end role - from campaign brief through concept, design, and launch. You'll work closely with marketing, growth, brand, and product to shape how shows up to the people running their own businesses - and to the customers we're trying to reach.
What you'll do:
Translate positioning and campaign strategy into design that's clear, distinctive, and on-brand across web, lifecycle, paid, and social.
Own creative from brief to shipped asset - landing pages, launch campaigns, email, sales enablement, and brand moments.
Rapidly prototype and test creative directions using Claude, Weave, Midjourney, Figma, and others to get real work in front of stakeholders and users fast.
Partner with growth and lifecycle marketers to make design decisions that move real metrics - not just look good in a deck.
Contribute beyond your own campaigns - to our visual system, our brand craft, and our design culture.
