In this role, you'll drive streamlined operations within our Professional Services team, ensuring our clients and partners receive outstanding service. What youll be doing:

Supporting global and regional deployment teams (internal and third-party) to ensure smooth and efficient execution of services.

Managing workflows and configurations in Professional Services information systems - including design, implementation, and ongoing support.

Working in a highly dynamic environment, often requiring independent problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking

Notifications, Opportunities Tracking & Updates: Handle and optimize operational notification systems to ensure PS teams receive timely updates (deployments, risks, changes, opportunities). Track opportunities, exceptions, and key signals across systems; ensure records are updated and routed appropriately. Maintain dashboards and logs for active opportunities and operational follow-ups.

Collaboration with local and global operations team to design, implement, and refine operational and logistical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and drive continuous optimization of workflows.

Lead the development of autonomous operational processes, including the creation of all supporting infrastructure and streamlined workflows .

Knowledge Management - Responsibility for consolidating, updating, and maintaining operational documentation, guidelines, and process materials. Support the development of internal knowledge repositories and ensure that standard processes are properly collected, documented, and shared.

After-Action Review (AAR) Ownership - Track, manage, and follow up on After-Action Review items related to operational performance in regional deployments. Ensure lessons learned are documented, assigned to owners, and implemented to prevent future recurrence.

What we need to see:

B.A or B.sc in relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience working in a technology company. Background in professional services organizations or active involvement in operations activities.

3+ years of experience in operational or logistics coordination and workflows.

Proficiency in SalesForce.com, familiar with Project management and logistics information systems and tools.

Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills

Fast learner, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook.

Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (very high level or native-level proficiency).

Willingness to work early AM or late PM to support global teams when required.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience supporting or collaborating with global teams

Track record of optimizing operations workflows, tools or processes.

Basic understanding of legal terms and conditions, including basic negotiation skills, with experience supporting projects that involve both legal and operational aspects.

Experience working with vendors and 3rd party contractors.
