we are seeking a Hands-on Social Media Manager to fill a maternity leave replacement role.
In this role, youll be hands-on in bringing organic social media strategy to life, working closely with local partners and teams around the globe. involving content creation, community management, and trend analysis. Creative thinking, strong writing skills, a proactive can-do approach, and financial knowledge are highly valued and should contribute to the company's growth in the organic social media space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organic social media strategy across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X
Plan and enhance localization and brand awareness with local teams
in various regions.
Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, tweets, videos, stories) that aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, staying updated with the latest platform changes and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital channels.
Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
Work with local content creators.

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms and content for us. This role requires a deep expertise in social media management, leveraging AI and emerging technologies as well as immersive formats to expand brand reach and engagement. A creative thinker, you will work independently while collaborating across teams to drive impactful campaigns that position our brand as a leader in the tech space.
This is a temporary position for ~9 months with the possibility to extend.
What You'll Own
Strategy Development:
Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned to business goals and target audience.
Optimize audience personas to target decision-makers effectively on platforms like LinkedIn and X.
Stay ahead of trends by conducting market research and identifying emerging technologies and platforms to enhance reach and engagement.
Set measurable objectives and KPIs to track campaign success.
Innovative Content Creation & Management:
Develop and curate engaging content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram) including text, images, videos, infographics, and interactive posts.
Manage a content calendar for consistent and timely posting.
Ensure brand consistency by collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams.
Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and optimize campaigns.
Experiment with innovative formats to create impactful experiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, BlueOcean, LInkedin Analytics) to measure engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
Provide actionable insights through monthly reports to senior management.
Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven findings.
Community Engagement:
Build relationships with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Foster partnerships with influencers and industry leaders to amplify brand presence.
Manage online reputation by addressing customer feedback professionally.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Identify new growth opportunities based on industry developments.
