Leverage automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and reduce manual dependencies.
Work cross-functionally to establish efficient and reliable financial processes that eliminate bottlenecks and improve overall financial health and organizational memory.
Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

As a CRM Project Team Lead, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, create work processes, and implement technological systems that will affect the experience of millions of players.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing business unit and time-sensitive strategic projects from start to finish.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, quality and productivity within the context of the overall department's strategy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows.
Translate business needs into technical requirements to improve the department's processes, and defining processes with an external implementer.
Implement new systems, build specifications and create cross-system processes.
Provide guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions and requests, and solve issues within business applications.
