we are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager.
The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and designing customer retention strategy, combining hands-on campaign execution with creative content development.
This role combines technical expertise with marketing creativity, encompassing tasks such as building automations and surveys in Braze, writing engaging copy, briefing campaigns, and managing the monthly retention plan. The focus is on strengthening customer relationships, increasing ride frequency, and maximizing lifetime value.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Demand, the ideal candidate is a retention marketer who is both data-driven and creative, with strong experience in B2C marketing platforms such as Braze, and the ability to craft campaigns that deliver measurable results while resonating with customers.
Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles within a B2C environment - Must
Native Hebrew speaker with proven experience targeting and creating content for the Israeli market - Must
Strong Hebrew writing and creative skills, with the ability to produce compelling, marketing-focused content - Must
Proven experience in building, managing, and optimizing customer journeys - Must
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle principles, including retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
Experience creating and managing marketing content briefs and working closely with creative teams
Familiarity with email marketing best practices and automation workflows
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and optimize campaigns accordingly
Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to juggle technical and creative tasks
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate across departments
Experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms - Strong Advantage
Technical skills with CRM platforms, HTML, or SQL - Advantage
