We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Office Admin (Student Position) to join our team!

What Youll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact (front desk), welcoming employees, guests, candidates, vendors, etc. who come to the office.
Provide HR administrative support, including document management and employee records.
Assist in managing and maintaining HiBob (HRIS), including data entry, updates, and reporting.
Work closely with our HiBob account manager to optimize system functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
Assist the Office Manager with various ad hoc tasks related to office operations and employee experience.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, compliance tracking, and coordination with different departments.
Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Availability for a part-time student position Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-5pm.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English a must.
Interest in HR systems and data managementexperience with HiBob is a plus!
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and other office tools.
