we are looking for a Professional Services Engineer Student.
The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for supporting the roadmap development by having a wide understanding of the business and providing solutions to the relevant teams in the organization. Include ownership of limited releases, supporting deployments, understanding integration / 3rd party tools (APIs) and leading the transformation of knowledge to the tier 3 support and to the training teams (SME).
Key Responsibilities
Be Point of contact for the product development core team and be part of the Product Life Cycle (PLC)
Extract data from various sources, analyze it and point to the relevant data
Explore opportunities to improve process and tasks
Develop proactive and predictive processes and tools to improve our products and services.
Work closely with a cross functional team between technical teams, Marketing, and R&D.
Deliver lecture-based and hands-on training courses for internal customers (Business support, tech support, Lab support) Transfer tech knowledge (internally).
Requirements: Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 2 remaining years of academic studies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure situations.
Experience with DB tools and Queries
Experience and/or understanding of Bug tracking tools such as Jira.
High communication skills
Fluent English
Experience working with multidisciplinary products- Advantage
Experience as a professional services or technical projects manager- Advantage
