What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative sales environment in a highly competitive, performance-based environment.
Set clear goals (including Live Partners closures and SMART targets) and ensure team accountability to exceed sales KPIs.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline health, outbound strategy execution, and deal progression.
Provide creative solutions, strategic support, and escalation management for complex or sensitive partner issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize processes and partner satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, and training sessions, and ongoing development plans for team members.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to identify new opportunities for growth.
Be the face of NI at international conferences, panels, and webinars.
Requirements: Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
2+ years of experience managing a sales team, plus 3+ years of experience in individual sales roles.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.
Proven success in managing sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to client relationship management.
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus), as well as AI sales tools.
Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
