As an Animator in the Design Guild, you'll collaborate with our motion studio and design team to create high-end branded video campaigns and animated content. You'll work closely with designers, creative directors, and the creative technology department to bring animations to life for our products. In your day-to-day, you will:
Collaborate with the motion studio team to produce branded video campaigns and animated content
Partner with designers and creative directors to develop animatics and animations
Work with the product department to generate animations for our products
Manage animation timelines and work closely with production to export various assets

We are looking for a Video & Animation Production Manager! In this role, you will serve as the operational engine behind our company in-house video and animation studio, overseeing production workflows, schedules, budgets, vendor partnerships, post-production pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver and scale premium global content. This is a hands-on leadership position - you will not only manage production but also actively contribute to execution alongside the creative team. * Lead and manage end-to-end video and animation production processes-from planning to delivery.
* Build and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.
* Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with external studios, freelancers, and production partners.
* Optimize workflows, tools, and best practices within the in-house studio environment.
* Manage post-production pipelines including editing, animation, QC, versioning, and localization.
