The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing our clients' business processes on platform. He/She will be responsible for interacting with clients daily and internal teams to ensure that clients have the solutions needed.

Once trained on the platform, the Implementation Specialist will quickly start working directly on client projects and with our cross-functional teams utilizing the team's best practices.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for end-to-end Implementation of clients' processes on the platform.
Own the Implementation lifecycle hands-on (requirements, planning, configuration/development, deployment, testing, and monitoring)
Analyze and proactively drive forward solutions
Provide proactive customer service to clients and partners in an articulate, positive, and informative manner
Understand platform and collaborate with Product and R&D team to identify and communicate technical services and solutions
You will wear many hats, work independently, as well as a team player within a growing team

The Senior Professional Services Consultant is an important role as they will own the implementation of our product for our customers. We're looking for a passionate and motivated team member who will partner with our customers to design and build solutions that enhance the user experience across multiple websites and platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, solutioning, and customer success. The Sr Professional Services Consultant will report to the Director of Professional Services EMEA.
What You'll Own
Our Implementation: Design, build, and implement interactive experiences for our customers to drive business impact, such as enhancing their end-user onboarding experience and accelerating feature adoption.
Consultation: Work closely with customer application owners to understand their business objectives, pain points, and end-user needs. Provide expert advice and recommend our solutions that align with their goals and improve user experiences.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end our projects, collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders, and the development team to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze our usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Constantly strive to increase our effectiveness and user engagement.
Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for customers on our best practices, ensuring they can make the most of the product and effectively utilize its features to enhance their applications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to our implementation, ensuring smooth functionality across different platforms and devices.
Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, customer success teams, and other stakeholders.
** Please note: The work week for this position is Monday - Friday (Sunday is a day off).

Collaborate on a daily basis with our SAP LOBS to understand their business needs and provide solutions to their problems.
Build DAP solutions addressing Operational requirements as well as the talk track around KPIs and Value Realisation.

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Solutions Engineer to join WalkMes SAP Embedded Program. This role focuses on hands-on delivery of WalkMe solutions embedded within SAP platforms, supporting customer-facing implementations that drive adoption, usability, and business value.The Solutions Engineer will work closely with Program Managers, Solution Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to build, test, and maintain high-quality WalkMe solutions aligned with defined business objectives and SAP best practices. This is an execution-focused role with strong exposure to enterprise customers and SAP environments, offering a growth path into advanced solution ownership and technical specialization.
So what will you actually be doing?
Build and implement our digital adoption solutions embedded within SAP platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP CX).
Deliver our solutions according to defined requirements, timelines, and quality standards for external-facing customer projects.
Participate in solution design discussions to translate business requirements into effective digital adoption experiences.
Own assigned build components end-to-end, including configuration, testing, and iteration based on feedback.
Execute quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser/platform standards.
Collaborate with Program Managers and Solution Architects to support successful customer deliveries.
Maintain and enhance existing our implementations through SAP releases, environment changes, or evolving business processes.
Document solutions and build logic to support scalability, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.
Work with Product, R&D, and Support teams to provide feedback on product capabilities, limitations, and enhancements related to SAP use cases.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve solution effectiveness, user experience, and adoption outcomes.
