We seek a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our core products.
The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership potential, driving end-to-end development while mentoring team members and laying the foundation for future managerial responsibilities.
What You Will be Doing:
Developing high-quality, efficient code in modern programming languages like JS (React and Node.js).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Driving continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing code performance.
Conducting thorough code reviews, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a culture of learning.
Staying updated on the latest technologies and providing technical leadership in full-stack development.
Assisting in project planning, estimation, and maintenance of existing applications.
Requirements: 5+ years of practical experience with web standards, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, focused on React development. Military experience in technological units, including Unit 8200, is relevant.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, with experience in state.
Strong proficiency in CSS and JavaScript, demonstrating expertise in DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
management libraries such as MobX are considered advantageous.
Familiarity with common front-end development tools like Yarn.
Strong proficiency with Node.js.
Familiarity with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Sequelize is desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and Oracle.
Highly independent and adaptable, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successfully working in a team-oriented, Agile development environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
