As a Software Test Development Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for the Graviton servers' software quality.
That includes setting up and maintenance of lab and cloud environments, writing test-plans, automating them and troubleshooting issues.
You will take part in designing, developing, and maintaining our automation frameworks and will work closely with developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality Graviton servers to our customers.
As a part of this team, you will solve difficult technical problems, work on test frameworks, test tools, and test case automation for large components. You will build and apply solutions that assess and mitigate quality risks on the Graviton servers.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for exceptional student engineer with a passion to learn how the Cloud is working "behind the curtain".
You will learn about new features of the server, develop automation to qualify them and implement the tests into a Continuous-Integration (CI) environment that run in lab and in the actual AWS Cloud.
In this highly technical position, the Python Software Engineer student will learn scripting abilities in python to write tests to constantly check the functionality of the Graviton servers' software.
Experience coding in python and testing embedded systems while being able to leverage AI capabilities are key to success.

Requirements: Basic Qualifications
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
- Experience building and designing test cases including knowledge of test methodologies.
- Experience building test automation frameworks and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience developing product test frameworks.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, python, etc.).
- Experience with open source tools and resources.
