abra R&D solutions looking for a Performance Expert to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Performance Expert to join our IOT security product development team in B'eer Sheva. Key Responsibilities:
* Simulate performance tests in AWS, GCP, Azure
* Find our bottlenecks, document them, suggest mitigations
* Build scripts to simulate load
* Create baselines / benchmark document
* Work closely with the R&D team after fixes, re-test
* Find performance gaps on the solution level (our integration with other components)

Our team defines SW and FW architecture for NVIDIA NBU silicon devices. NVIDIA silicon devices require careful SW and FW architecture design fully utilize the devices capabilities. These aspects include SW and FW architecture ranging from feature introduction into existing products as well as support of new capabilities on our new devices. The architect will join the host management team, reporting to the team manager.

What you will be doing:

Define the next generation technologies, products and solutions to address management and product security.

Defining the architecture of the FW, SW and supporting R&D teams throughout the development process.

Become an expert in host management technologies and serve as the technical reference for our R&D teams.

Define pre-boot SW architecture for UEFI and similar technologies.

The role requires working with customers, understanding their requirements and painful points, and translating it into product features.

As a member of the GPU/HPC Infrastructure team, you will provide leadership in the design and implementation of ground breaking GPU compute clusters that run demanding deep learning, high performance computing, and computationally intensive workloads. We seek an expert to identify architectural changes and/or completely new approaches for our GPU Compute Clusters. As an expert, you will help us with the strategic challenges we encounter including: compute, networking, and storage design for large scale, high performance workloads, effective resource utilization in a heterogeneous compute environment, evolving our private/public cloud strategy, capacity modeling, and growth planning across our global computing environment.

What you'll be doing:

Building and improving our ecosystem around GPU-accelerated computing including developing large scale automation solutions.

Maintaining and building deep learning clusters at scale.

Supporting our researchers to run their flows on our clusters including performance analysis and optimizations of deep learning workflows.

Root cause analysis and suggest corrective action for problems large and small scales.

Finding and fixing problems before they occur.

Having depth and breadth knowledge of working in data center facilities in a large-scale distributed environment is a strength you'll need. You should have deep knowledge and experience in at least one of the following core areas: Project Management, Hardware Operations, Network Operations or Data Center Operations.

What you'll be doing:

Act as technical liaison for our technical teams.

Project manage highly impactful large and small scale data center and lab projects.

Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware.

Contribute to the development of the global DC knowledge base.

Lead teams to deploy new data center infrastructure, deliver server upgrades, integration, rebuild and other projects as required.

Build plans to optimize power, cooling and network resources.

Inventing the forecast to efficiently match supply to demand. Predict data center growth and scaling issues before they occur and implement solutions. You will acquire new facilities and optimize existing ones to support the business growth.

You will hunt for and resolve issues as well as analyze data looking for trends and systemic issues. Implement process improvements and develop a cutting edge operational environment.

As an engineer on our team, you will be working on cutting edge technologies to deliver exciting new features that impact and protect millions of users, with cross-team and cross-discipline collaboration (engineering, PM, design, research and data science). You will work closely with experienced engineers and be part of an agile and fast-moving development team - and will have a role in mentoring your more junior peers and helping them succeed. You will be expected to apply a critical view of our infrastructure, technologies and development process, proactively pushing to improve the product and our group. Our group is consistent from both feature teams and platform teams and we are looking for candidate with passion in either or both.
