Were looking for a Marketing Design Team Lead who can set a high creative bar for brand and performance, and build a workflow where our designers can operate at full speed without losing quality or strategic alignment. That means taste, judgment, and the ability to build scalable systems. This is a role for someone who is hands-on and a leader, comfortable moving fluidly between brand storytelling and the rapid, data-driven reality of performance marketing.
What youll do:
Creative visual storytelling: Lead the visual storytelling for our brand and performance marketing across video, web pages, social, and every channel we show up in. Your job is to keep brand consistency while also making sure it converts, balancing emotion, clarity, and results in every asset. Setting the standard for what we show, how we show it.
Design workflows: Youll own marketing design end-to-end. Taking ideas from concept through production-ready output, while building the systems that make scale possible. Youll refine templates, libraries, and component systems so the team can ship high volume without losing cohesion or quality. Running reviews that sharpen the work and building fast, reliable feedback loops the team can trust.
Team leadership & hands-on: Lead and develop a team of experienced designers day to day, coaching, unblocking, and leveling up taste and channel literacy. Youll stay hands-on where it matters most, high-leverage marketing projects end-to-end, jumping in to art-direct or execute when speed or stakes are high, and taking on work so your team can keep momentum on their own projects. The goal is to unblock, model great thinking, and free designers to fully own their projects.
Collaboration: Partner tightly with Growth, Product Marketing and Product stakeholders to turn data into creative direction. The goal is a tight test-and-learn muscle, quick hypotheses, faster iteration, and constant improvement based on whats actually working in the world.

As a Product Design Lead, youll take a holistic view, connecting product vision, user needs, and business goals while driving and initiating cross-company projects that shape the future of our product experience. Youll own the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining problems, through research, ideation, and vision-setting, to validation and high-quality delivery. Youll actively seek out ways to improve our products, processes, and team capabilities, ensuring we deliver solutions that are consistent, impactful, and loved by our users.

About the Role:
Initiate and lead high-impact, cross-company design projects that align with our strategic goals.
Identify and propose new opportunities that improve our products, processes, and user experience.
Partner with senior stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and AI to define vision and priorities.
Drive end-to-end product design from problem definition and research to ideation, prototyping, delivery, and iteration.
Improve and evolve our product design processes to enable faster, higher-quality work.
Ensure design consistency and excellence across products through the design system and shared standards.
Measure the success of design solutions and iterate based on data and feedback.
Foster a culture of initiative, experimentation, and continuous learning.

What Youll Do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 graphic designers guiding creative direction, prioritization, and personal growth.
Create, edit, and produce videos using AI-based tools, bringing creative ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling.
Stay up to date with the latest AI-driven design and video trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance visual communication and creative innovation.
Maintain and evolve the companys visual brand identity, ensuring a consistent and modern design language across all materials.
Oversee creative design for marketing campaigns, landing pages, presentations, social media, tradeshows, and internal projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally with company teams to translate business goals into impactful visual assets. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Provide constructive feedback, conduct design reviews, and establish efficient workflows and creative processes.
Stay curious and hands-on actively participating in design creation alongside your team.
