We're hiring a Director of Product Design to own the craft and quality bar across our product experiences and go-to-market surfaces. Reporting to the VP of Product Design, you'll be a hands-on design leader, keeping UI quality, UX patterns, and brand cohesion consistent as we scale across a B2B2C portfolio that spans a connected device, AI features, and behavior change.
You'll directly shape our highest-stakes launches and executive storytelling, push AI-forward design workflows, and tighten collaboration with Engineering, without compromising trust, privacy, or accessibility.

Responsibilities:

Were looking for a Marketing Design Team Lead who can set a high creative bar for brand and performance, and build a workflow where our designers can operate at full speed without losing quality or strategic alignment. That means taste, judgment, and the ability to build scalable systems. This is a role for someone who is hands-on and a leader, comfortable moving fluidly between brand storytelling and the rapid, data-driven reality of performance marketing.
What youll do:
Creative visual storytelling: Lead the visual storytelling for our brand and performance marketing across video, web pages, social, and every channel we show up in. Your job is to keep brand consistency while also making sure it converts, balancing emotion, clarity, and results in every asset. Setting the standard for what we show, how we show it.
Design workflows: Youll own marketing design end-to-end. Taking ideas from concept through production-ready output, while building the systems that make scale possible. Youll refine templates, libraries, and component systems so the team can ship high volume without losing cohesion or quality. Running reviews that sharpen the work and building fast, reliable feedback loops the team can trust.
Team leadership & hands-on: Lead and develop a team of experienced designers day to day, coaching, unblocking, and leveling up taste and channel literacy. Youll stay hands-on where it matters most, high-leverage marketing projects end-to-end, jumping in to art-direct or execute when speed or stakes are high, and taking on work so your team can keep momentum on their own projects.
