As a Senior CRM Manager in the gaming industry, you will lead our efforts to forge stronger relationships with our users through strategic engagement and communication initiatives. You will be pivotal in developing a comprehensive CRM strategy supporting our goal of increasing user retention, engagement, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
? Strategy Development: Craft and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy, leveraging data to personalize the player experience across various platforms.
