Cross Functional Programs & Portfolio Governance

Oversee offshore/subcontractor lifecycle (onboarding/termination), budget alignment, and visibility dashboards, support annual contractor budgeting across organizations. Monitor HR overall allocation per product, and provide recommendations to support business needs.
Cloud Cost & Capitalization Governance
Lead AWS cost reviews across ~15 units; analyze consumption trends, pinpoint cost drivers, and partner with various key stakeholders on optimization actions. Govern quarterly Software Capitalization cycles (validation, Jira/EazyBI alignment, variance explanations, audit ready reporting) and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
