Our GIT division (Global Information Technology division) is looking for a senior SAP Basis administrator
The SAP BASIS Professional will work closely with project managers, business users, and technical team members to provide technical guidance and support for projects and initiatives ranging in size from minor enhancements to major multi-year initiatives.
The Professional must be able lead and support the SAP system through a couple of key upcoming projects, including system migrations from SAP PI to CPI, migrate ECC to HANA, and support the business initiatives to introduce new functionality to the SAP landscape.

Provide a lead architecture role to support future SAP projects while maintaining reliability and performance.
Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions including software installation and setup, enhancement pack and support pack installation and upgrade, performance monitoring, tuning and capacity management utilizing enterprise standards and leveraging best operating practices.
Actively participate in SAP infrastructure design including server, storage, high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
Support SAP Landscape strategy thru client copies and system refreshes.
Prepare formal project documentation, including specifications, requirements summaries, logical system design documents, state diagrams, and test scripts.
Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization.
Respond to system problems on a 24x7.
Assist with change control, incident response, and testing processes for infrastructure changes or problems across the SAP landscape.
Collaborate with database administration resources in a Microsoft SQL Server.
Collaborate across IT functions including server team, networking and security teams to assist in driving out solutions for SAP that meet our standards and go forward operating plans.

As a Sr. Business Applications Analyst, you will be critical in driving process improvements, developments and optimization of our Salesforce platform and other business applications. This hybrid position combines proven technical development understanding with business process analysis, allowing you to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our systems to support business objectives, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our current Salesforce setup, identify areas for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that align with industry best practices and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions, including custom applications, automation, and integrations with third-party tools.

Solution Design and Implementation: Develop technical specifications and implement thoughtful, high-quality solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Cross-Platform Solutions: Act as the technical point of contact for designing and implementing complex, cross-platform solutions, supporting all Information Systems (IS) initiatives.
Agile Development: Work in an Agile environment, contributing to user stories, continuous integration, and test-driven development to deliver high-impact solutions.
Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain clear and thorough documentation for all technical designs, processes, and solutions. Foster strong collaboration between technical teams and business users to ensure successful project outcomes.

The eCommerce Manager role will lead our company eCommerce site transformation and enhancements. S/he will leverage sales and web metrics to make strategic recommendations with a targeted focus on maximizing platform adoption to drive improvement in conversion rate. In addition to serving as the subject matter expert on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware platform, s/he will focus on activation of product, content and promotion on the sites.
Job Responsibilities
Merchandising and Website Enhancements
Oversee e-commerce daily operations, performance, analysis and provide insights
Manage site merchandising, troubleshoot on-site bugs and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead A/B testing strategy and QA to improve all web programs
Manage web calendar for product launches, site updates, marketing communications, promotions, etc.
