We are seeking a very technical and experienced, first-on-the-ground Cloud FinOps Engineer / Lead to build, shape, lead and scale the FinOps function from scratch.
In this role, you will manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar cloud budget across a range of providers such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Snowflake, Cloudflare, and more.
Reporting directly to the COO, this hands-on role will focus on observability, optimization and implementation, reporting and forecasting, and on budgeting.
The ideal candidate has a very strong technical understanding, a DevOps / R&D background, and a proven track record of reducing cloud costs, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, yet a fast-paced, environment, working closely with cross-company teams.
Responsibilities
Observability:
-Implement and maintain cloud cost observability tools and practices to ensure visibility into resource usage, spending patterns, and cost drivers across cloud environments.
Cloud Cost Management / Monitoring & Alerting:
-Monitor and analyze cloud spend across multiple platforms by setting up and managing cost-related monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect anomalies, unexpected spikes and inefficient resource usage.
Optimization and Implementation:
-Develop and implement cost-saving measures and strategies to optimize cloud usage and reduce costs, while ensuring performance reliability (rightsizing resources, adjusting storage tiers, leveraging spot instances, etc.).
-Continuously review cloud architecture and usage patterns to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Reporting and Forecasting:
-Develop regular reports on cloud expenditure, usage trends, and cost-saving initiatives.
-Provide accurate cloud budget forecasts and perform variance analysis for executive leadership.
Collaboration:
-Partner with procurement teams to support vendor negotiations by providing detailed usage data and cost insights.
-Work closely with DevOps, R&D and Product teams to align resource allocation with business objectives.

We are seeking for an experienced Go Developer, you will work on performance-critical backend services that power programmatic ad delivery, real-time bidding (RTB), and data synchronization. Youll be developing high-concurrency, low-latency services in Go, ensuring our systems stay reliable and fast even under heavy load.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Go services for ad serving, bidding, auction logic, and user tracking at scale.
Work with real-time data streams, impression logging, and event pipelines.
Optimize systems for performance and throughput
Build caching layers and efficient data access strategies (e.g., using Redis, Memcached).
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalability, observability, and reliability of deployed systems.
Write unit and integration tests to validate service functionality and performance.

The person must have a strong understanding of the investment research process to create computer-based models that seek to predict movements of global financial markets. While prior finance experience is not required, a successful candidate must possess a strong interest in learning about finance and global markets. Candidates will have a research scientist mind-set; be a self-starter, a creative and persevering deep problem solver who is motivated by unsolved challenges.
