We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing Earth Observation, Tracking, Telemetry & Command (TT&C), New Space and Integrated Solutions business line, working closely with our Sales and Engineering teams.
In this role, you will act as a technical subject matter expert (SME), leading customer engagements, defining system architecture, preparing proposals, and delivering technical presentations.
You will leverage your skills and expertise to tailor solutions that meet mission-critical customer requirements in the ground systems and integrated solutions sectors.
This is a key technical-commercial position, directly influencing the companys ability to win new business and expand into emerging markets.
Responsibilities
Act as a technical authority for multidisciplinary systems involving mechanics, electronics, software, and RF communication
Lead technical engagements with prospects and customers: requirements gathering, solution design, system architecture, block diagram development, and technical risk assessment
Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals:
Analyze customer specifications, SOWs, and RFPs
Develop competitive solution concepts, costing, and technical documentation
Perform technical risk analysis and competition analysis
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another relevant technical field
At least 3 years of experience working in a Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering role supporting business development
Proven experience supporting technical solution design, proposal development, or technical sales for ground station systems, TT&C, or aerospace communication systems
Background in RF system fundamentals, antenna systems, mechanical structures, and electronics
Experience preparing system architectures, block diagrams, and technical solution documents
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and high technical writing skills in English and Hebrew
Strategic thinker with ability to analyze requirements and develop discriminating solutions
Willingness and ability to travel internationally for customer meetings, demonstrations, and events
