You understand that great products aren't designed in a vacuum but shaped through relentless iteration, customer obsession, and real ownership. You're not afraid to fail - because you know that's how you get to something that works.
You'll lead a dedicated product pod building custom agentic solutions for our enterprise customers - products that sit at the frontier of AI and real business impact. This is a 0→1 role in the fullest sense, a startup within a startup: defining the problem space, shaping the roadmap, and executing to make it real.
What you'll do:
Own the execution, vision, and product roadmap for our Custom Agentic Solutions pod - defining what to build, why it matters, and what success looks like
Work closely with our enterprise customers to deeply understand their workflows, uncover unmet needs, and translate them into product bets and revenue.
Drive outbound discovery - proactively engaging existing customers, driving meaningful solutions
Lead the product-GTM partnership and work closely with our account growth directors to deliver new agentic solutions to our customers
Manage our AI solutions product manager, lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ship and iterate fast
Define and track metrics that reflect genuine business impact - not just output, but outcomes.
Be at the forefront of AI organizational transformation and AI product development
Requirements: Entrepreneurial background - co-founder, founder, or early builder at a startup must. What we mean by this: We actively seek candidates who have co-founded or built a company - even if it didn't make it. What matters is the mindset: the willingness to own outcomes, navigate ambiguity, and build where there's no map. We are looking for someone who has experience in real outbound product management - understanding customer pains, workflows, and selling solutions.
Proven track record of 0→1 initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong PM experience across both early-stage startups
Deep experience in B2B SaaS environments - understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer success
Outbound mindset - comfortable engaging customers and prospects directly, not just waiting for feedback to come to you. Turning pains and challenges into solutions.
Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, LLM-based products, or agentic systems
Experience managing B2C products or consumer-facing features bonus - Nice to have
