We are hiring a General Manager, Product Management to own and scale this domain end-to-end. This leader will be fully accountable for adapting our existing enterprise-grade solutions to the needs, unlocking scalable distribution channels, work with eCommerce platforms, and ecosystem partners, and driving meaningful product adoption and revenue growth.
This role combines product leadership, commercial ownership, and ecosystem strategy. You will operate as a domain GM, defining the strategy, tailoring the product experience, aligning cross-functional execution, and ensuring we build a scalable and profitable solution.

What You'll Be Doing
Own the vision, strategy, and execution for our SMB domain
Define how our core products should evolve to serve small and medium-sized merchants effectively
Define success metrics and drive accountability for revenue growth, adoption, retention, and margin performance in the segment
Lead a team of strong Product Managers
Drive simplification of onboarding, integrations, pricing, packaging, and support models
Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize models and risk thresholds for SMB characteristics
Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to enable effective SMB positioning and messaging.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a leading Product Manager
4+ years in leading a team of PMs with exceptional leadership
4+ years experience managing data and algorithm-focused products
Proven experience owning a business domain with revenue accountability
Strong understanding of eCommerce, payments, fintech ecosystems, and channel distribution models
Experience building or scaling products for SMB customers, including self-serve or product-led growth models
Great interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience in SaaS companies in a B2B setting.
