We are looking for a part-time (student) security and IT product manager to join product group. The security and IT product manager will play a key role in ensuring that the product is cyber-resilient and meets the security standards and needs of our customers.



Your responsibilities will include:

Taking part in delivering impactful, efficient, and lovable products to leading healthcare providers
Identifying and validating customer needs and pain points and shaping the customer-facing IT and security roadmap for products
Characterizing new product features pertaining to IT and security
Aligning and collaborating with stakeholders across the company

What youll do:

Head up the end-to-end development of new products, making sure that our goals are aligned with user needs.
Take full responsibility and ownership of the product all the way from inception to production.
Own the product life cyclefrom market, BI and user research, to defining wireframes and scope, to setting KPIs and overseeing the development process.
Work daily with R&D, design and marketing to take product to market.
Conduct user research by talking to users, analyzing user data, and conducting usability tests to continually improve the product.
Play a key role in building the roadmap.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Expert& SME with a deep understanding of security principles in on-premise and cloud environments, ideally with some offensive security background. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading technical and non-technical teams and extensive knowledge of security frameworks, remediation methodologies, and security operational models.



Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Methodological mindset to create and maintain security and product usability processes and enforce them with internal customers such as CSMs, SEs, and the product team
Collaborate with product and RND about product usage and feedback from the field
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of the product.
In escalated client meetings, provide product matter expert remediation insights, recommendations, and security best practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation to provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing technical solutions.

As a product manager you will be leading the design and delivery of the next big features of our Attack Path Management platform from end-to-end. From initial concept, understanding the customer experience through technical design aspects with the R&D.

Work on both inbound and outbound aspects of the product.
Develop product backlogs, drive execution to results and manage outcomes in an agile "ship it" environment.
Work with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
Work with UX designers, engineers and security experts to design and deliver product features.
Analyzing the market trends, competitive landscape and new business opportunities of the security market.
